求められる経験
■ Skills & Experience Required:
・Proven experience in pharmaceutical brand strategy and leadership.
・Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving change.
・Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex data.
・Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
・Previous sales or commercial team leadership experience preferred.
・Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
・Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
