About This Role
We’re looking for a Director of Paid Media to lead and scale our Paid Media team, managing small to large ad budgets with a sharp focus on profitability, forecasting, and strategic investment in high-return channels. This role is for a number-driven operator who thrives in data analysis, budget allocation, and margin optimization—someone who understands the full business impact of paid media beyond just ad metrics.
You will push the boundaries of what’s possible in paid media, staying ahead of trends and leveraging cutting-edge platforms, AI-driven optimizations, and innovative campaign structures to deliver best-in-class results for our clients.
Beyond strategy, you’ll mentor and elevate a high-performing media team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, testing, and iteration. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, strategic execution, and measurable profitability for both our clients and our practice.
