● Capability to incorporate and introduce innovative ideas and adapt to new environments
● Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
● Ability to maintain a broad perspective, comprehend existing processes, and independently create new processes as needed

Experience:
● Experience in healthcare companies (preferably 3+ years)
● Experience in talent development (minimum 3 years required)
● Experience in planning tasks such as training (minimum 3 years required)
● English proficiency to participate in global meetings
● Logical thinking skills

● Communication skills
● IT skills to flexibly adapt to new system implementations such as training and management tools
