Company Profile
* Our client is a foreign-affiliated manufacturing company based in Okinawa. They are part of a European conglomerate and are well known within their industry segment.

The Role
* Lead Key Support Functions: Responsible for Accounting (IFRS/JGAAP), Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, IT, HR, Legal & Compliance, and Procurement.
* Drive Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the President and manufacturing teams to achieve financial targets and guide business planning.
* Ensure Financial Oversight: Monitor variances in budgets and forecasts, providing regular insights and driving corrective actions.
* Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, lead, and nurture a skilled finance team while cultivating a strong and distinctive corporate culture.
* Support Compliance & Growth: Oversee ISO audits, enhance operational processes, and support organizational scaling and productivity improvements.
Your Skills
* At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
* Strong leadership and people management capabilities
* Fluent in both Japanese and English
* Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

* 10,000,000 yen - 13,000,000 yen
