業務内容
The Finance Controller is the Commercial Finance Business Partner to the President of the RegionUnder the Controller Function the Financed Controller is responsible for the following areas:- Budgeting & Business Planning- Rolling forecast- Sales Planning, Open to buy and Costs & Inventory Management- Business analysis and Control- Business reportingThe Finance Controller will play an integral part of the management team of the region.The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:-Business partner to the Regional President- Review and analyze business performance for the entire region and proactivelyrecommend actions to improve sustainable profitability.- Analyze and implement cost controls and expenses to guide business leaders.- Analyze financial statements to highlight potential weak areas, and driving riskmanagement.- Conduct business feasibility reviews and analysis so as to provide advice tomanagement on financial implications of major business decisions/strategies.- Support and ensure worldwide compliance with the organization’s financialpolicies and procedures and internal control systems.- Develop and implement effective and efficient business planning procedures forthe region. Consolidate individual market business plans for the preparation ofbudgets, forecasts and financial reports.- Oversee the approval and processing of all CAPEX investments and itsmobilization.- Identify opportunities for efficient inventory management across the Region todeliver Region Inventory Goals.- Identify and share functional best practices across the Region.- Ensure alignment, support and resource allocation across markets for thesuccessful implementation of global systems.The finance function plays a significant role in the development and stewarding ofthe organization, and the functions development is a top priority for the COMPANY#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
- Proficient in English and Japanese, written and spoken
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance control with multi geographical accountabilities
- Have managed teams both locally and virtually
