The Role

• Design and configure BPM or automation solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live success.
• Lead client workshops and training sessions to analyze business needs and define efficient workflows.
• Act as a trusted consultant, driving process improvements and ensuring effective product adoption.

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, client-facing roles, or business process improvement, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in developing systems using REST APIs.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, lead workshops, and support cross-functional teams in deadline-driven environments.
• Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Japanese.
