The Role
Create internal management accounting documents for performance evaluation.
Collaborate with teams to set budgets, analyze variances, and regularly update forecasts.
Prepare department-level budgets and monitor actual performance, recommending corrective actions when needed.
Analyze profitability by business unit and product, working with sales and marketing to enhance margins.
Support appropriate pricing strategies by providing cost data during bids or new market entries.
Improve business processes in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fast and accurate information flow.

Your Skills
-Minimum 3 years experience in a FP&A Manager position
-Fluent in both Japanese and English
-Good communication skills and team player
