Careington International Corporation is seeking energetic, career oriented Call Center Agents to work 40 hours per week, onsite, Monday through Friday at 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033. Candidates must live in the DFW metroplex and work onsite; no remote options are available.
Job Details: - Location: 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033
- Training: 11 days of training from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday at the above location. 100% attendance required
- Post-Training: Assigned 8 hour shifts onsite between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday at the above location
- Bilingual Bonus: Possible pay increase for English-Spanish speakers after evaluation
Skills: - Ability to use multiple computer screens with up to six software applications open at once to toggle through during inbound phone calls from customers or providers
- Experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Professional, patient, and helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
- Prior Call Center experience is preferred for this opportunity
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
Requirements: - Employment interviews will be conducted onsite at 6435 Flyers Way Frisco, TX 75033.
- This job requires you to work five days per week, Monday through Friday at the above address.
- Required to use a wired headset
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
