The Role

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance areas
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
• Assist in developing annual audit plans based on risk assessments
• Collaborate with departments to understand processes and gather information
• Stay updated on audit best practices, regulatory changes, and industry standards
• Support external audits and regulatory examinations when required

Y our Skills

• Analytical Thinking - Ability to assess processes, identify risks, and detect control weaknesses
• Attention to Detail - Accuracy in evaluating financial records and audit documentation
• Risk Assessment - Understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)
• Knowledge of Standards - Familiarity with audit standards (e.g., IIA Standards) and relevant regulations
• Communication Skills - Clear reporting and strong interpersonal skills for interviews and presentations
• Problem-Solving - Ability to recommend practical, effective solutions to control or compliance issues
• Independence & Integrity - Objectivity and ethical judgment in audit findings
• Technical Proficiency - Skilled in using audit tools, data analytics, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project Management - Ability to manage multiple audits and meet deadlines
