• Posting Expenses of invoices and monthly accrual.
• Manage the Fixed Assets Register and maintain it correctly.
• Manage the actual fixed assets inventory.
• Electronic and hard copy filing of documents
• Must work in safe, prudent and organized manner
• Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management

• 経理部門経験3年以上
• 買掛金管理または資産管理経験者優遇
• 簿記検定2級程度の知識をお持ちの方優遇
• ホテル勤務経験者優遇
• 基礎レベルの英語力
• 対人能力、問題解決能力
• 時間管理、マルチタスクスキル
• テンポの速い環境でプレッシャーに負けずに働く能力
• チームの一員として同僚と協調して働く能力
• More than 3 years' experience in Accounting Department
• Preferable previous experience of accounts payable or Assed Assets Ledgr..
• Knowledge equivalent to Level 2 of the Bookkeeping certification is preferred
• Experience working in a hotel is preferred
• Basic level English proficiency
• Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as of of a team
