What you’ll be doing:

  • Foster successful relationships with our clients as their primary point of contact
  • Act as an escalation point for both clients and team members
  • Manage delivery teams and projects as necessary
  • Manage client staffing requirements
  • Ensure that deliverables and milestones are met
  • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
  • Report engagement and project status to clients regularly
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

The successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Track record of dealing with stakeholders, and focusing on customer success
  • Excellent reporting skills and verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • BS/BA in Business or a similar field
