Job Title: Kinaxis Rapid Response Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Functional & Technical Skills)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain - Demand & Analytics Consultant with strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse to support and enhance supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of supply chain processes and strong technical capabilities in configuring and integrating Kinaxis RapidResponse with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand & Supply Planning: Develop and optimize demand forecasts, supply plans, and capacity planning using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Scenario Planning: Enable what-if analysis, scenario simulations, and impact assessments to drive informed decision-making.
• Kinaxis Configuration: Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse applications, including worksheets, dashboards, and alerts.
• Integration & Data Management: Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to integrate data into Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance supply chain processes and Kinaxis workflows.
• Analytics & Reporting: Design real-time analytics, custom dashboards, and performance KPIs for demand-supply balance.
• Collaboration & Training: Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to end-users on Kinaxis functionalities.
• Automation & Scripting: Utilize Kinaxis scripting and automation tools to enhance planning and execution processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Knowledge of constraint-based planning and optimization.
• Expertise in scenario modeling and what-if analysis.
• Experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Familiarity with role-based access controls and workflow automation in Kinaxis.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Kinaxis Control Tables, Data Integration (KDI), and scripting.
• Experience in ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, or other systems) with Kinaxis.
• Ability to create and customize Kinaxis dashboards, alerts, and worksheets.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data transformation for Kinaxis.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Analytical Services and real-time reporting.
• Understanding of REST APIs and middleware tools for integrating Kinaxis with external systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation, configuration, and support.
• Experience working in supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, or inventory planning.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Kinaxis certifications (if any) are a plus.
