業務内容
 Provide strategic legal advice on various matters related to Electronics business, i.e. semiconductor, optronics, and surface solutions.  Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.  Conduct legal assessments of complex cases and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.  Support projects related to business development deals and legal entity restructuring  Collaborate closely with the General Manager and other members of the business leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.  Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the electronics materials industry e.g. economic security regulations.  Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to support business operations.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
 Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution
 Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English
 Admission to practice in law in Japan and/or common law jurisdiction is plus but not mandatory
 Minimum 7 years of legal experience. Experience in semiconductor, optronics (display) or other electronics industries is plus but not mandatory.

 Experience in Life Science and/or Healthcare industries is plus
 Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and legal compliance issues.
 Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide practical solutions.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
