Lawyer, Employment Litigation

Location: Ontario or Remote from Québec

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage employment litigation files arising in Québec, including hearings, motions, mediations, and trials.
• Handle Ontario-based litigation matters as part of the broader commercial and employment law practice.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies with minimal supervision.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and out-of-court examinations.
• Contribute to client development and relationship management.
• Mentor and guide junior associates within the firm.
