Description

* Coordinate the operation and maintenance activities within the department.
* Develop strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the development of operational policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Work closely with the sales and account management team to drive business growth.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on the performance of operational activities.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Profile

* At least 3 years of experience in solar projects
* Strong commercial negotiation skills, particularly with contractual matters
* Proficient in commercial handling tasks, including quoting, scheduling, order management, and payment arrangements
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Possession of a standard driving license
* Familiarity with solar-related equipment such as inverters, substations for grid connection, and PV modules
* Experience in utilizing monitoring systems to assess plant or equipment performance
