🌟 We're Hiring: Office Coordinator (On-Site in Landover, MD)

💼 Full-Time | $65,000–$75,000 | In-Office | Immediate Start Available

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, Office Coordinator who can take charge of our day-to-day office operations in Landover, MD. You'll be the glue that keeps our internal teams aligned and our client experience seamless.

🚀 What You'll Do:

  • Keep the office humming—manage daily operations and administrative workflows
  • Be the first point of contact for client orders and inquiries
  • Process and track orders using order entry systems
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Keep things organized and accurate in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
  • Deliver top-tier customer service (internal and external)
  • Support general office tasks—every day will be different!

✅ What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in office coordination and/or admin roles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
  • Microsoft Excel & Word wizardry
  • Strong organizational skills with laser focus on details
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re a people person AND a problem solver
  • Cool under pressure and always thinking two steps ahead
