About the Position: The
Patient Liaison Call Center Representative is to be the dedicated point of contact for facilities, physicians, and patients. This role will require responsiveness to all inquiries and concerns in a patient-centric, professional, and timely manner. Hours for this position are in office from 9:00 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

- Ensures compliance with all legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions and ensures policies and procedures are followed in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Responsible for responding to all emails, faxes, and phone calls within 24 hours.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients regarding account resolution.
- Create pre-pay accounts.
- Process credit cards, care credit, and send receipts.
- Access and update patient accounts as necessary via the patient billing system
- Provide quotes for procedures as requested.
- Responsible for answering call center phone calls, throughout the day.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ years' experience in office setting or customer service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience in working with reports, spreadsheets and Excel.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Understand HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines.
- Strong Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Strong Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Strong Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
