Successful candidates have a strong background in video advertising and measurement, including Joint Industry Committees and underlying 3P technologies. You have the relationships and know-how on how to influence the industry, and you are comfortable working across multiple international locales. Strong candidates will demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to influence using data, and an ability to solve complex multi-stakeholder problems. Candidates will be passionate about delivering extensible, on-time solutions that navigate multiple points of view and cultural contexts to address stakeholder needs.
Key job responsibilities

*プロダクトマネジメントと連携し、アジア太平洋地域におけるサードパーティ（3P）のプランニングインサイトおよび測定プロダクトの新規展開
* 重要な戦略的3Pビジネス関係および資金調達予算の管理
* 測定手法およびアプローチに関する社内外のステークホルダーへの働きかけと影響力の行使
* 3Pプランニングおよび測定プロダクトの精度評価
* ビジネス開発部門と協力し、現地3P測定プロバイダーとのアジア太平洋地域における契約交渉のサポート
* Develop measurement roadmap and strategy for the European market
* Partner with Product Management to launch new third party (3P) planning insights and measurement products within the Asia-Pacific region
* Manage key strategic 3P business relationships and funding budgets
* Influence internal and external stakeholders on measurement methodology and approach
* Assess accuracy of 3P planning and measurement products
* Support Business Development in negotiating Asia-Pacific contracts with local 3P measurement providers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
