Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full logistics cycle, including imports, exports, and compliance.
• Streamline vendor communications for quotes, delivery, and pricing.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, inventory tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure cost, quality, and service expectations are met with suppliers.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, and liquidations.
• Maintain inventory, track usage, and proactively order as needed.
• Collaborate on international shipping and customs requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in procurement (IT preferred).
• Knowledge of U.S. and international customs, imports, exports, and taxation.
• Strong interest in automation and trading infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
• Experience with USITC and the Harmonized Tariff Schedule is a plus.
