Fuzion Flooring – Product Coordinator (FULL TIME)

Reporting to – Product Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Product team in the position of Product Coordinator! 

The Product Coordinator is a junior role that will be responsible for executing all product information, selling tools, and communications at the direction of the Product Manager and Associate Product Manager. They will coordinate with Product Development, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, and vendors to bring products to the market in all channels and categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Category Support

• Assist in the development of category plans
• Support communications for product promotions to drive incremental sales
• In collaboration with Marketing, execute marketing and merchandising tools
• At the direction of the product manager, execute Private Label programs
• Communicate with vendors regarding product technical specifications

New Product Launch

• Work closely with the Product Development team to bring products to market
• Monitor the New Product Launch checklist
• Assist with the creation and control the communication of all product documentation
• Provide direction to Samples Coordinator on launch priorities, process, and documentation elements completion
• Assist with the education and training of both internal teams and customers
• Create product SKU’s
• Coordinate samples with the Product Development team

Planning and Product Lifecycle Management

•  Continuous learning of Fuzion product
• Assist the Product Manager to develop, communicate, and execute annual category plans both short and long term
• Support product introduction: communication, education, push merchandising into the market, push sales to generate demand and attention
• Communicate product information to internal teams
• Run monthly product sales reports as directed by the Product Manager

Knowledge & Skills Required

• 1 Year Experience in wholesale product management
• Post Secondary Education, preferably with a business or marketing focus
• Basic knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams.
•  Eager to learn and grow within an organization
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
