Plan, execute, and review new and existing beauty product and promotions

Develop annual marketing calendars and manage product portfolios and theirs GTM strategy

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to propose new product development ideas

Oversee POS materials and consumer communications in coordination with creative teams
*

Analyze sales performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

Profile

*

Fluent Japanese and English speaker (spoken and written)
*

University graduate with a background in marketing or related field
*

Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in luxury beauty or fragrance
*

Strong project management and communication skills
*

Digitally savvy with an innovative and strategic mindset
