Position: Professional Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview:
Alliance Wealth Management Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for accuracy and a strong understanding of data management techniques. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems and maintaining and updating records. As a Professional Data Entry Clerk at Alliance Wealth Management Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, thus contributing to the success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently input data into our systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness, making any necessary corrections.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring that all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to existing data, as required.
- Collaborate with various team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all departments.
- Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors to management for resolution.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our data management policies and procedures.
- Remain up to date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with data entry software systems, such as Salesforce or SAP
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
