日本の輸送事業の主要セグメントを軸にラストマイルにおける配達能力を拡大するべく、スピード感のある効率的なチームの構築を日本で進めています。経験豊富で、情熱的かつ活動的ながらも分析力に優れ、革新的で実践的、そして最も重要な要素である顧客中心を掲げ業務を遂行できるフィールドオペレーション・プログラムマネージャーを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、Amazon Flexのプロデリバリーパートナー戦略の実行をリードしていただきます。プロデリバリーパートナーとは経験豊富なデリバリーパートナーであり、配達拠点内での業務効率化（定刻通りの出発管理など）や、配達エリアや配達プロセスに関するサポートを通じて、デリバリーパートナーを支援します。また、業務効率化を推進するとともに、プロデリバリーパートナーに関する業務について、法令に準拠した監査標準化の仕組みを作ります。
本ポジションでは、オペレーションプロセスに関する高度な知識を活かして長期的な解決策を策定し、複雑な問題を解決する必要があるため、各種ステークホルダーと連携して業務を推進する能力が求められます。具体的には、プロデリバリーパートナーや法務チーム、Flexプログラムチーム、デリバリーステーション（配達拠点）、Flexフィールドオペレーションチーム、Flex部門およびAMZL部門のリーダーシップと緊密に連携して成果を追求します。また、プロジェクトの改善によって変わる業務内容を把握・管理し、規定の手順に沿って、関係者との調整を行いながら実際の変更作業を進行します。

We are continuing to build a high paced and lean Japan team to implement and expand our last mile capabilities across key segments of Japan Transportation business. Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly) customer-obsessed Field Operations Program Manager.
We are seeking a Program Manager in Japan to lead the execution of Pro DP strategy for Flex. Pro Delivery Partners are experienced Delivery Partners that support/provide guidance to the delivery partners for efficient UTR (under the roof) processes like on time dispatch management, and OTR (on the road) guidance on delivery areas and processes. This role will drive operational efficiency, create mechanisms to ensure audit standardization aligned in compliance with legal in scope and processes concerning pro DP
This is a highly collaborative role where the candidate will work to solve complex problems with long term solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. In this role, the candidate will work closely with Pro DPs, Legal, Flex Programs, Delivery stations, Flex field operations, Flex/AMZL leadership to drive results. The candidate will also be in charge to manage any change resulting out of the improvement projects, being the facilitator and executor of those changes in the correct standard.
Key job responsibilities

・業務関連のデータおよびプロセスを分析し、傾向やボトルネック、改善機会を特定することで、プロデリバリーパートナーの役割を最適化し、ビジネスパフォーマンスを向上させる
・複数のデリバリーステーション（配達拠点）のプロデリバリーパートナーと連携し、ネットワーク全体での業務標準化を推進する
・他部門のチームと協力し、革新的なアイデアやベストプラクティスの共有を推進する
・プロセスの改善に伴い業務内容に変更が生じる際、規定の手順に沿って変更の管理・実行を行う
Responsibilities include:
- Create, align and execute implementation strategy and standardized audit mechanism in compliant with legal for Pro DPs across Japan;
- Analyze operational data and processes to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities optimizing Pro DP role to influences business performance;
- Collaborate with multi-sites Pro DPs to standardize the role execution across network;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practice sharing;
- Ensure change management standards for process improvements;
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 学士号または同等の学歴
- ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力（会話・文書作成能力）
- オペレーション管理、製品開発、プログラム開発、またはビジネス開発における3年以上の経験
- データ分析スキル（業務計画への活用）が求められる業務での3年以上の経験
- スピード感があり急成長している事業環境における、テクノロジーソリューションの実行経験
- 社内外のビジネスパートナーとの連携や調整、交渉、コミュニケーションの経験
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Business level of Japanese & English (verbal & written)
- 3+ yrs of experience in an operational management / product / program or business development role
- 3+ yrs of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills to integrate data into operational planning
- Experience in executing technology solutions in a fast paced, high growth, operational business environment
- Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal/external business partners
