Annual Salary : 7,5 million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide PMO support for medium to large-scale IT/Software projects , ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Handle definition and documentation of project scope, operational processes, and execution workflows in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Use PM tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel-based trackers, etc.) to document and monitor task status, milestones, and risk items.
• Track project progress , follow up on task execution, and generate regular reports and dashboards .
• Conduct discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure task prioritization and timely execution .
• Prepare and manage project artifacts including schedules, issue/risk logs, meeting minutes, and escalation trackers.
• Support governance activities and act as a liaison between project managers, technical teams, and client-side stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT or Software Development Projects .
• Experience in Project Management or PMO roles , particularly in medium to large-scale projects .
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Redmine , or similar.
• Experience in defining and documenting scope, processes, and workflows using structured formats and PM systems.
• Japanese Language Proficiency: Native or JLPT N2+must be able to manage meetings, documentation, and business communication in Japanese
• English Language Proficiency: Able to read/write documents and hold basic to intermediate-level conversations. Fluency is a plus.
• Strong coordination, tracking, and interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working in bilingual (Japanese-English) environments.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
