As we scale, we’re looking for a detail oriented and hands-on Intermediate & Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact software implementation and optimization projects across various industries. What You’ll Do  

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional software projects—from planning and scoping to execution and go-live. 
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Clients to translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps and timelines. 
• Establish project plans, resource estimates, budgets, and timelines using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies. 
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication, alignment, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Promote accountability and clear deliverables ownership across project teams. 
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, documentation, and tooling. 

What We’re Looking For  

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects (B2B or enterprise preferred). 
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments. 
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and clients. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen—you understand the ‘why’ behind every project. 
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Asana, or similar. 
• While being fluent in English is a requirement, being fluent in Spanish and/or French is a strong asset. 
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.
