Position: Proposal Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of proposals and bids for construction projects, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the business development and project management teams to gather project information and prepare accurate, compelling proposals.
  • Review and edit proposals to ensure high quality, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates, marketing materials, and project data to streamline future submissions.
  • Track proposal deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely submission.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and promotional materials for client meetings and project pitches.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proposal Coordination Expertise: Proven experience in managing and coordinating proposal submissions, ideally in the construction or similar industries.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a proposal coordination or administrative role within the construction industry or related field.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, construction management, or a related field.
