Role name: Lead Role Description: Write clean and optimized code, design and build modular, reusable UI components, following best practices for maintainability and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed components, libraries, and applications to facilitate ease of understanding and onboarding for new team members.Using pre-commit hooks and practices to maintain clean code on version control systems Competencies: Digital : ReactJS Experience (Years): 10 & Above
