Location: Charlotte, NC


Pay: $19/HR

Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to recruitment, and the ability to build positive relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:


Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates.
    • Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Provide support in creating interview questions and assessments.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Stay informed about recruitment trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and other relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in recruiting or a related HR field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
