Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to selection, for various positions within the company and for clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings for recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with 3rd party recruiters to ensure effective collaboration and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Build, streamline, and optimize talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to review resumes, interview feedback, and candidate progress.
  • Ensure the effective operation of recruitment campaigns and drive initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating with third-party recruiters.
  • Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, including creating and streamlining processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
  • Interest in working with a dynamic, fast-paced tech start-up environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to recruitment in the accounting industry.
  • Ability to work on-site most days of the week.
