Description

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
* Lead and manage sales initiatives, driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts in Japan.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies, targeting key industries and markets per the company's strategy.
* Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Profile

* Proven experience in software sales.
* Exceptional communication skills in both English and Japanese.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* Japanese (or JLPT N1) and business-level English.
