Description

* Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.

Profile

A successful Sales Manager should have:

* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Proven sales experience in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
* Knowledge of RFID technology.
* Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.
