SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR / DEVELOPER
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer for a growing services organization. The Salesforce Administrator / Developer will be responsible for enhancing and managing the company's Salesforce platform to support contract management, user administration, reporting, and business intelligence needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, as well as a passion for improving business processes through automation and data insights. Excellent communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, particularly around contract management workflows and user requirements.
Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce tools to create custom functionalities, applications, and integrations.
Manage and optimize Salesforce components including custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
Manage Salesforce integration with NetSuite, utilizing Mulesoft.
Salesforce to streamline contract lifecycle management, including contract creation, approval workflows, and reporting.
Collaborate with business teams to ensure contract management processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with internal policies.
Administer user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure appropriate access controls and maintain data integrity.
Provide support for user onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support decision-making and business intelligence initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.
Utilize Salesforce's reporting and analytics tools, including Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), to provide actionable insights across different business areas.
Perform regular system health checks, data cleansing, and updates to ensure Salesforce remains optimized and up to date.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues, proposing and implementing improvements as necessary.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously enhance the platform.
Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce administration and development
Salesforce Administrator Certification required, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
Salesforce Service Cloud required
Strong experience with Apex coding, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting tools, Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs, Data Loader, MuleSoft) nice to have
Experience with contract management processes and solutions.
Strong understanding of user management, security settings, and permission models in Salesforce.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
