Senior Care Ambassador – Make a Real Impact in Your Community!

To make that happen, we need a natural connector —someone who thrives on building relationships and spreading the word about the life-changing care we provide. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of Kindred Home Care—attending community events, senior centers, and local gatherings to build connections.
• Strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, community groups, and referral partners.
• Spread awareness—hand out materials, educate families, and ensure people know their home care options.
• Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and guide them through the intake process.
• Collaborate with our care team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Represent Kindred with warmth, energy, and professionalism—because at the end of the day, people choose care providers they trust .

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Bilingual (French & English) – Essential for connecting with diverse communities.
• Outgoing & self-motivated – You love meeting people and making things happen.
• Strong communicator – You can build genuine relationships quickly.
• Experience in healthcare, sales, or business development – If you’ve worked in any of these areas, you’ll hit the ground running.
• Independent & proactive – You take initiative and keep things moving.
• Great listener – You understand what people need and how to support them.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation – You’ll be on the move, meeting people where they are.
• Most importantly: You care about helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live better lives .
