Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

Contract | 40–80 hrs./month

Join OpenMoves , a New York-based, top-tier performance marketing agency, as a Senior Graphic Designer. We’re looking for a creative thinker who’s driven by results. If you love designing impactful digital campaigns—and diving into the “why” behind performance, this is the assignment for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design high-performing creative for paid media, landing pages, emails, and web experiences
• Develop polished visuals for email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
• Collaborate with copywriters and media analysts to align visuals with campaign goals and KPIs
• Edit and produce short-form video and motion assets for digital advertising and social media campaigns, including cut-downs, animated text overlays, and other visual elements.
• Iterate based on feedback and performance data
• Ensure brand consistency across client projects while evolving creative to meet performance needs.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms, pitch decks, and marketing initiatives for both client work and internal projects
• Work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of agency/marketing design experience
• A sharp portfolio with ads, emails, landing pages, and motion/video work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and UX/UI principles
• Strong communication, time management, and remote work skills

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, HTML/CSS, or email platforms like HubSpot or Klaviyo
