Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manager for the Logistics department, with a focus on life science. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex distribution networks and coordinating supply chain strategies.

Description

* Management of the logistics distribution network and supply chain strategies.
* Operate and manage smooth and cost-effective operations related to domestic warehouses and domestic product distribution
* Lead vendor management and build an effective 3PL model
* Develop and manage effective teams
* Cost Management
* Responsible for warehouse process development and excellent execution of Kaizen projects

Profile

A successful Senior Manager should have:

* A degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
* Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
* Extensive experience in medical equipment logistics (warehouse operations and domestic distribution)
* Experience in team goal setting and management
* Experience in domestic 3PL operation management and deep understanding of domestic logistics in general (experience in warehouse operations supporting e-commerce business is preferred)
* Experience in budget management
