Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Utilize tools to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator to enhance posts.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility of content across search engines.
• Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
• Monitor e-commerce activities related to social media promotions and advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies is a plus.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for social media trends and a keen eye for engaging content creation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
