This position will be supporting our site in Seattle (MLK), WA.

The BSW Social Worker functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team and represents social work perspective regarding geriatric participant issues to the interdisciplinary team. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, this position provides social services to PACE Participants, family, caregivers, and decision-makers in a manner which is consistent with the mission and core values of Providence Health System.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Social Work or other Human Services.

• 1 year - Social work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years - Social work experience with geriatric age groups from diverse ethnic cultures

• 2 years - Clinical experience working in a healthcare setting.

Pay Range: $31.11 - $47.59

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
