As we continue to transform our nation's energy infrastructure, one home at a time, we specialize in residential installations across California, Nevada, and Texas. With our robust, in-house, industry-leading lead generation program, we offer a seamless transition into solar for newcomers and a rewarding opportunity for salespeople who excel in this crucial first step of the sales process. This position presents incredible opportunities for growth, including the potential to move into higher leadership roles. • Review and standardize procedures to improve the efficiency of the in-field team • Drive sales through the appointment setting team • Create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data. • Management responsibilities include: - Day-to-day operations of a group of employees while simultaneously leading the way in sales production Responsibilities: • Master the art of solar lead generation and deliver high-quality residential leads, ensuring team members are proficient early in their careers. • Develop and execute effective sales protocols and training programs to boost sales force productivity and performance. • Take charge of the assigned region in Las Vegas, NV. • Lead the onboarding process for new recruits in Las Vegas, working with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth hiring experience. • Participate in continuous education and training to enhance skills and cultivate a positive team environment focused on self-growth. • Represent Direct Solar professionally and help raise awareness of solar power in Las Vegas.
