このロールはソリューションアーキテクトとして、クライアントのニーズや課題を解決策に変換し、ビジョンの創出、アーキテクチャ評価、技術選定、見積もりを実施・支援します。
【具体的な業務内容】
■顧客のニーズに対応し、アバナードを積極的に差別化する技術的価値提案を開発します。
■技術的なアーキテクチャの構築をリードします。
■顧客の IT 部門と技術的な関係を構築し、顧客のビジネスとテクノロジーの課題をソリューションにマッピングします。
■提案活動の技術的側面の範囲、アプローチ、見積もりの作成をリードします。
■プロジェクトのスコープ、リソース、マイルストーンの要件のバランスをとることで、交渉と契約のプロセスをサポートします。
■現在の顧客の状況を分析し、サービスを活用する将来のビジネス チャンスを特定します。
■適切なトレーニングを計画できるように、デリバリー チームに必要とされる技術スキルを特定して優先順位を付けます。
