Position Overview:

We’re seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to manage and grow client relationships within the private healthcare sector, focusing on SME and mid-market accounts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), strong project management capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to lead campaigns from strategy to execution. This is a client-facing role that requires the ability to build trust, deliver results, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities section:

· Strategic Oversight : Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention for private-pay healthcare practices.

· Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded, providing regular performance reviews and professional development opportunities.

· Client Management: Act as an escalation point for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all accounts.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and senior leadership teams to align marketing and client success strategies with overall company objectives.

· Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices for both marketing execution and client management.

· Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.

What are we looking for section:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

· Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams. Experience in SaaS or healthcare technology is preferred.

· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and exceed KPIs.

· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), and analytics software.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both internal teams and clients.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Certifications : Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
