Job Description As a Sr. Salesforce Developer/Admin, you will proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices. You will provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defining standards for Salesforce excellence. You will also maintain existing features/products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally. Your technical skill-set and teamwork capabilities will be key contributors to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. While the Force.com platform will be your main focus, you will be asked to learn and support AWS technologies as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs. Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs. Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure. Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce. PREFERRED SKILLS Building applications using Apex and Lightning. Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning components, Lightning events and Salesforce Lightning Design system. Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization. Support cross systems and related integrations across native Salesforce ecosystem. Build solutions on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and APIs. Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles.
