**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The Stocker will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of products on the sales floor, ensuring that items are well-stocked and easily accessible to customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Stocking Shelves:** Efficiently restock shelves with products, ensuring items are faced forward and organized according to company standards and inventory systems.
- **Product Placement:** Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines to display products attractively and effectively.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized, clean, and free from hazards, adhering to safety guidelines.
- **Customer Assistance:** Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers locate products when necessary.
- **Product Rotation:** Implement proper rotation of merchandise to minimize spoilage or expiration issues.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the management team and other staff to ensure smooth stock operations and assist with special projects as needed.
- **Reporting:** Accurately report stock levels and any discrepancies to management.

**Qualifications:**

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull heavy items.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for prolonged periods.
