仕事内容業務内容:
例 1年目
一般診察、予防接種、一般外科、外科助手、看護師業、受付業など病院の全ての仕事に触れ、業務内容を知る。出来るだけ多くの人や動物に触れ、診療と対面技術を磨く。
2年目
一般診療、専門的な診療、執刀医として外科手術を行う。診療のスキル、コミュニケーションスキルを磨きながら、複数の患者の「担当医」となる。
3年目〜
単独で診療業務をこなすことが出来るようになる。
安定性のある治療診断ができる、専門分野がある、人気がある等、自身の武器を身につける。
セミナー、研修など積極的に行い、いくつかのネットワークを持つ。

給与月給 350,000円 ～

アルバイトは臨床３年以上時給2200円〜3000円
勤務時間9:00〜19:00
休憩1〜2時間

昼の手術は残業手当てとして支給
夜の残業ほぼ無し
