En tant que premier point de contact du Centre d’assistance, vous serez responsable de répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs, en assurant une prise en charge rapide, courtoise et efficace des incidents et des demandes de services.
Grâce à votre expérience, vous soutiendrez également les autres techniciens. Vous utiliserez des outils de diagnostic à distance, contribuerez à la base de connaissances, effectuerez des dépannages matériels de base et participerez activement à l’amélioration continue des services.
