Techno Functional Analyst

• Non Policy Administration System Techno Function Analyst Role Reporting Manager:
• TFA Manager Role: TFA (Techno Functional Analyst) Responsibilities
• Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, and use cases.
• Deliver low level specifications for various projects.
• Assist in setting up and formalizing repeatable development models for project deliveries.
• Stay updated on new approaches and technologies related to the role.
• Work with various project teams to help communicate and establish execution plans.

Job Description:

• Work closely with architects and business analysts to assist in the production of system requirement specifications.
• Gain an understanding of MLJ system landscape and engage in projects to solve business problems.
• Assist in the implementation of changes to existing applications.
• Contribute to defining technical solutions for business requirements to enhance efficiencies by leveraging technology strategies.
• Conduct analyses to understand and communicate production problem patterns and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Experiences (must have):

• At least 3 years of experience working in the insurance domain
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in system specification development
• Bilingual capability is a must (Japanese N2 is minimum)
• Ability to link functionality with data across various systems
• Experience in supporting technical teams and managing outcomes
• Experience interacting with business users and counterparts across markets/regions/globally
• Insurance certifications such as those from LOMA (Life Management Institute) or the Institute of Insurance India (I.I.I) will be an added advantage
