求められる経験
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in growth-oriented, strategic communication roles.
- Experience in healthcare or policy-making environments (preferred).
- Proactive mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities to develop effective engagement strategies for patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional Japanese communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
- High-level English communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) strongly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Japanese media with experience in direct engagement with journalists.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills within complex organizations, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, capable of independently managing projects across locations and time zones.
- Ability to balance short- and long-term priorities.

- Budget and agency management experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience managing communication efforts within a multinational environment.
