What We Offer:

• Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
• Job Type/Shift: Full time – Monday to Friday, with flexibility around shift patterns for training
• Benefits: Full Benefits Health, Dental and Vision, RRSP program and annual bonus.

What You'll Do:

• Be responsible in creating and Delivering training content for operators, supervisors and Managers around key aspects of the business.
• Assess Training Needs of the business and develop training plan accordingly
• Lead/Support Orientation & Onboarding of new employees in line with plant training program
• Evaluate, follow up and drive post training KPI’s
• Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning with all staff
• Stay informed on business trends, legislative changes and industry developments.
• Maintain and manage ISO audit training records and manage through audit processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in adult learning with a track record of designing and executing successful training programs.
• Demonstrated Hands on Training and development experience
• Experience in training and development within a manufacturing environment
• Skilled in curriculum development and varied teaching methodologies, including in-person, online learning, mentorship, workshops, and simulations.
• Proficiency with a variety of teaching tools and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems, virtual meeting software, e-learning content creators, and assessment tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Superior collaborative and teamwork skills with the ability to quickly shift priorities to meet organization requirements collectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams.
