We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team full-time. This position focuses on Accounts Receivable and Bookkeeping responsibilities, offering a great opportunity to build your accounting career while supporting the financial health of our company.
Responsibilities
Send statements to customers to ensure timely payment.
Call customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt payment.
Process and deposit payments accurately and on time.
Assist in bookkeeping tasks, including updating and maintaining financial records.
Release orders once payments are confirmed.
Qualifications
Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in AR and/or bookkeeping preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Organized, motivated, and dependable.
