Responsibilities for the Call Center Representative:
  • Transform incoming calls into booked appointments, showcasing your persuasive skills and achieving an 80% conversion rate.
  • Deliver call scripts with a genuine and engaging style, building rapport and trust with every customer.
  • Swiftly resolve customer requests, leaving them impressed with your knowledge and dedication to the brand.
  • Proactively generate outbound calls, smashing your daily goal of 12 booked appointments and reaching a minimum of 120 customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain a meticulously organized and up-to-date customer database, ensuring accurate information for seamless service delivery.
Requirements for the Call Center Representative:
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a minimum 80% conversion rate , effectively turning customer inquiries into booked appointments or sales.
  • Proven success in an inbound sales role is a plus
  • Residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing or Electrical knowledge helpful
  • Ability and willingness to make outbound calls daily.
  • A strong desire to serve and educate customers
  • Proficient computer knowledge competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy.
  • Desire to ensure the team wins. Positive attitude and team player is a MUST!
