Description

* Oversee all accounting operations and financial transactions within the company.
* Manage and monitor expenditures and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
* Use Dynamics 365 to streamline and automate accounting tasks.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations.
* Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and budgets.
* Coordinate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and performance.
* Report directly to senior management, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.

Profile

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

* A strong knowledge of IFRS, Dynamics 365, Excel, and general accounting practices.
* Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
* Experience in cash flow and expenditures management.
* Capability to prepare balance sheets and budgets.
* Adeptness in working with cross-functional teams.
